Our return policy lasts 10 days. This period begins after we have shipped our product, after this time, we will not be able to make the exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, untrodden, unmarked and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging box without any damage. To complete your return, we require the receipt that was promptly delivered by mail at the time of payment. Contact us at [email protected] to expedite the return process. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you and we will process the new shipment with the corrected product, whether it be size or color. Remember that products on sale cannot be changed or exchanged. We only replace items that are defective or physically damaged from the factory. The charges arising from the first shipment will be the responsibility of Hardys Shoes Boutique. If for some reason more shipments are needed, these freight or shipping charges will be the responsibility of the buyer. You will be responsible for paying the costs.
